Installed this in my basement cellar and it has maintained rock-solid 55°F for over a year. The ducted design let us hide the compressor in an adjacent utility room, so there's zero noise in the tasting room.
Cooling performance is excellent and humidity stays right where I want it. Installation took longer than expected and we needed an HVAC tech to route the ducting properly, but the results were worth it.
Been running for over a year now with zero issues. You genuinely cannot hear it operating from inside the cellar room, which was our top priority for the wine room adjacent to our living area.
Works great for our 600 sq ft cellar conversion. Only downside was ordering a replacement drain pan fitting - shipping and cost were higher than I'd like for a minor part.
